The San Martino Estate stretches out for more than 25 hectares, 15 of which are dedicated to vineyards and the rest to olive groves, over the rolling Florentine hillside, in the heart of the countryside between Florence and Siena.
The San Martino Estate produces two Chianti DOCG, two IGT wines, an esteemed grappa and a biological Extra-Virgin Olive Oil. The outstanding level of quality and the great care taken during the entire manufacturing process, make our farm products a symbol of excellence and quality.
The vocation of this territory for the production of wine and olive-oil has been aptly summed up in the words of Emanuele Repetti, who described it in his "Dizionario Geografico Storico della Toscana" as "... the most delightful, productive, flourishing area, densely populated with villas, palaces and churches, in all the periphery surrounding the lovely Florence" |
